Don Q Signature Release Single Barrel 2005 is a limited-edition single barrel rum from Destilería Serrallés in Puerto Rico — hand-selected by the master distiller, distilled in 2005 and aged ten years in American white oak before its 2015 bottling, unblended for a refined, characterful sipping experience.
The first release in Don Q’s Signature Release Single Barrel series, this rum was drawn from the family’s private stock and laid down in a single barrel of American white oak in 2005. Left unblended through a full decade of aging, it carries rich, buttery notes and a long, smooth finish. The master distiller’s signature appears on every bottle. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a Sazerac.
